At NCF we have members, not customers.
For us, this is about accountability. Members are at the top of our organizational pyramid.
As a federally-incorporated not-for-profit, NCF members elect our Board of Directors and also review our operations and audited financial statements during our Annual General Meeting. Members also offer ongoing feedback to the Board, staff and volunteers.
Choosing to use our high-speed internet services means you are automatically a member.
You can also sign-up for a membership if you are a current resident of the National Capital Region who wants to use our locally-hosted email or dial-up services, vote in our elections, attend our workshops or support NCF’s digital access and advocacy work.
