Your donation will be made anonymously. If you are donating to renew your membership, first login to your account.

The receipt will be emailed to the contact address(es) on your account. To send a copy to another address, enter it here.

As NCF is a federally incorporated not-for-profit, rather than a charity, we cannot offer a tax receipt for your donation.

Recommended Donations

NCF offers free memberships to those living in the National Capital Region upon request and include access to NCF's free community services, including our locally-hosted email. The recommended donations help support NCF's digital equity work and also helps cover some of the costs of providing our free community services.

NCF memberships are valid for one year and must be renewed, either automatically by making a donation, or by requesting a renewal by emailing our HelpDesk at support@ncf.ca.

For members not subscribing to our DSL or cable service, we recommend these annual donations based on the services you are using:

NCF membership (including email) $15.00
NCF membership (including dial-up) $60.00
NCF membership (including basic webhosting) $12.00
NCF organizational membership $100.00
25th anniversary book $25.00

Other Ways to Donate

Interac e-transfer

Send your donation by Interac e-transfer to etransfer@ncf.ca.

Include your member ID (eg. aa000) so we can attach your donation to your account renewal.

In person

Visit our office at 1305 Richmond Road to make a donation by cash or debit.

By cheque

Mail a cheque or money order, with your member ID (eg. aa000) in the memo, to:
