Here's what to do and what to expect:

  • Enter your NCF account ID and name (below)
  • We need to establish your identity. The security question you selected at sign-up will be displayed. Answer it exactly as you did when you signed up.
  • An email will be sent to the 'alternate email address' you provied at sign-up, and also to your NCF email address (that email will likely be inaccessible until you get logged in again, but it is sent as a security measure).
  • Click on the web link in the email to display a web page you can use to enter a new password.
  • Log in using the new password you entered.
