The National Capital FreeNet is a community-owned not-for-profit organization. It's purpose is to support residents of Canada's national capital region achieve the benefits of the internet. If you would like to register with NCF to participate in this discussion group, there is no charge (or costs such as having to see advertising) to register. NCF also offers other services including internet access, email, and web space; for these additional services we ask members to cover their costs through an annual contribution.
