Brittany thought about the shooting. She begged Peter not to die.
Reginald refused to tell MJ anything about the shooting.
Donna and Michael and Nicole laughed over photograph of Peter as a teenager. (It was mildly hideous.) Donna said she and Peter had been so close and asked if anyone had seen him lately. Michael and Nicole changed the subject.
Cheryl's thrilled about her approaching birthday.
Rachel went to Matthew's room to look for a clue.
Mitch came in Matthew's window in a Cory security disguise.
Rachel didn't go up to Matthew's room after all. She and Mac kicked themselves for letting Mitch get away with so much.
Mitch did something in Matthew's room. I have no idea what. He went back out the window.
Reginald asked Brittany about the shooting. She told him she had taken her gun for protection from the horse and in the confusion she'd shot Peter. He warned her Bad Things would happen if she were lying.
Donna and Michael couldn't find the medicine. Gomez came in to give her the dosage, saying she [Donna]'d left them in the kitchen. Donna denied having been in the kitchen but Gomez came over all nurse-like and said it was hard to remember things when one was sick. They took her word reluctantly. Michael insisted on having Jamie in again.
Cheryl's dizzy with anticipation. Mary dropped by with a present for Cheryl. (She is such a cute mother to Scott. She's practically NORMAL.) A dress for her to wear tonight. Scott refused to say what he was giving her. Cass took him aside and explained that although she might be an adult in years that was as far as it went. (I've heard similar things said about Cass, if it comes to that.)
Mac and Rachel are on edge but trying to get along. Mac thinks Matthew wanted to switch fathers so he left with Mitch.
Mitch showed Matthew's photograph around the bus station. A guy told him he'd bought a one-way ticket to NYC.
Michael refused to let Donna out of bed. She said she wanted to say goodbye to Peter.
Why is it that when people are standing around in the hospital with wounded friends-and-relations they want nothing more than to give blood? Victoria has fallen prey to this desire. I don't think Reginald wants her to do it. (No big thing, really.)
Brittany sat at Peter's bedside. She asked him to tell everyone that she had shot him by accident. He just looked at her. His alarm went off. Peter was saved but Brittany was removed for being a disturbing influence.
Reginald fed Victoria a line about how he understood her because they were so much alike. She fell for it. He sent her home. He told Brittany to stay where he could see her.
MJ told Lazarus about the shooting. She said Brittany said she was too upset to make a statement now and they have no witnesses to the shooting.
Mary is such an insecure mother to Cheryl. Cheryl loved the dress. She rushed off to try it on.
Lazarus needs a small piece of evidence before she can bring a case against Brittany.
Mitch phoned Felicia and told her he hadn't done anything wrong no matter what she heard and he was flying out of town for a few days (to New York? What about his parole, eh?). He then phoned the police with an anonymous tip about Matthew's having run away to New York City. He advised them to contact the New York Police.
Cheryl modeled the dress for her sisters and mother and Cass and Scott. She said she wanted her mother at the party. MJ was very nice about it. She even offered to drive Mary to the hospital. She has to question the Loves. Scott asked after his father.
Felicia reported to the Corys about Mitch. Mac reported to the police.
Donna said she wanted to have lunch with Peter before going away. Michael wouldn't let her call. Victoria came unhinged and insisted they tell her. They admitted Peter had been shot.
Brittany told MJ she wasn't up to answering any more questions. Mary was nice to Reginald. He was pleased to hear of Scott's concern. The nurse appeared and said Peter wanted to see his family.
The police told Mac about the anonymous tip. Felicia was unable to convince Rachel that Mitch hadn't kidnapped Matthew again.
Mitch thought about the fight. He's on a plane to New York City.
Donna got upset. She insisted on being allowed to see Peter. Michael said he didn't want her to get sicker. She insisted.
Reginald and Brittany went in to see Peter. She asked him to tell them the shooting had been an accident.
