(NCF Board meeting Tuesday, October 19, 1999)

MOTION 

That National Capital Freenet immediately develop a plan which will 
focus its energy and resources on making itself sufficiently 
attractive to its membership that they will be willing to provide 
necessary money and volunteer talent; 

THAT a plan for future growth and development of Freenet be ready 
for consideration at the November meeting of the Board which, if 
adopted, will become guidance for the organization for the next 
year;

THAT the Executive Director work with Board members on 
developing the plan; 

THAT no major initiatives be undertaken before the plan is 
considered in November.
