Operational procedure regarding 'spamming'  (Natalie Munro)

As far as NCF is concerned, more than *seven* essentially identical
appearances within one week of a particular post in *any* number of NCF
and Usenet newsgroups, constitutes spamming and is not acceptable. 
Members violating this provision/rule/policy will be given one warning;
subsequent violations will result in a minimum 30-day suspension.

For example, the following are prohibited:

-	posting the same message to more than 7 newsgroups at once;
-	posting the same message to the same newsgroup every day for more
than 7 days;
-	any combination of the above;
-	making minor changes to the text before repeated postings will
not make the multiple posting acceptable.

On-topic posts to some high traffic groups may be excepted.
