NCF Fundraising and Strategic Priorities: There are Many Ways to Help! ====================================================================== Schedule for September - December 1996 Presented by Lisa Donnelly (lkd), 17 September 1996 Introduction: ~~~~~~~~~~~~ The Board set a challenging strategy for 1996 and we have been off and running to achieve these goals. Added to this is the new urgency for very active fundraising to increase cash in corporate, grant and membership areas. Below is a list of critical activities the staff, Development committee and the Public Relations task force are working on. Assistance is extremely welcome in any one of these projects. The second list includes projects that need a sponsor. What does that mean? We need people to take charge of select projects and see them through. Depending on the activity,, this may mean solitary work or posting a call for volunteers in "go helpers" and working with a small team. We could really use more help right now in bringing FreeNet to the community and raising money and awareness! Please look over the list and let me and Angela know if you see something inspiring.
