Contents:
	1) Our mandate is to make the LCN bilingual as soon as possible
	   and to offer a translation service to the members that have a
 	   need for it.

	   and me, Dominique Denommee.
	   To request the translation of a text send you request to xx666
	   with (if necessary)a due date and if you wish to have news from
	   our group you can go in our news area at "go transl"
	3) Processes used for carrying out duties: We mainly use the e-mail,
	   the postings is used for updates and I am currently working in
	   "creating" a glossary for the words that have too many translation
	   possible.  The glossary is to make those words translated the same
	   way in every text where they are. (To make the LCN "homogène")
	4) Overview of 1995 activity: Well 1995, was a really full of
	   events for the TRANSLATION TASK FORCE.  We worked on getting
	   translations done and at the end of summer, beginning of
	   fall, we lost our Coordinator and our Team Leader Mike and
	   Ginette, and they were replaced at the end of November by
	   Dominique Dénommée.  Since then, Dominique (I) worked on
	   building up a new team and finding out what needs to be done
	   and the priorities.
	5) Any suggestions for 1996 goals and objectives for the 
	   TRANSLATION TASK FORCE:  And I plan to have at
	   least the Menus bilingual by the end of 1996.  (hopefully) 
           We now have a really great team and they have the same goal in
	   mind. "MAKING THE LCN BILINGUAL AS SOON AS HUMANLY POSSIBLE".
