The Shroud can't be seen has an other relic, it's another kind of help and proof for the Christian today and for the " hard time " may come for the Christianity, and any help or proof will be welcome in these comming hard time.

News; December 23, 1994 .

In the magazine " Le Figaro Magazine " ( international edition ), they expose the facts about the Holy Shroud, including the fact that the Sroud never have any paint on its surface, even under an electronic microscope and with deep chimical analysis, the image on the Shroud cannot be done by man. They also explain that a 1993 scientific symposium in Italy reject the result of the carbon 14 test of 1988 on the Shroud. They find out that the it was bad , false and tricky statistical calculations. In that symposium there was a well-known russian nuclear physic and carbon 14 datation specialist. They all concluded with no doubt that the Shroud of Turin are the truth Sroud of Jesus Christ.

To completed that file about the Holy Shroud , I want to show you an article write in October 1994 .

October 1994 , last news ;

In 1988, three universities used radiocarbon 14 dating to estimate that the Shroud of Turin (the supposed burial cloth of Jesus) was made in the 14th century. This study seemed to prove that the Shroud was a fraud. In 1994, we may have to re-examine those conclusions.

Dmitri Kouznetsov, a Russian biochemist, has completed a three year study on the properties of textiles, particularly linen, the cloth used in the Shroud. According to Kouznetsov, the 1988 study is flawed. He notes, "Our calculations yeild the result that the shroud's corrected radiocarbon age should be more than 1,800 years before the present".

According to Kouznetsov, several relevant factors were overlooked in making the original date. And before anyone writes him off as an apologist, one should consider that his research has been accepted for publication in Analytical Chemistry (a widely respected scientific journal). What this means is that Kouznetsov's research has already been judged by his scientific peers and has been found worthy of publication in a scientific journal. --------------------

THE HOLY SHROUD ( A little part of the book )

Evidence of a scientific forgery against The Holy Shroud.

MARCH 1991

By Georges de Nantes

........

By placing the Holy Shroud at the centre of this events, the four Evangelists testify, moreover, that this holy relic, evidence of the lord`s Ressurection, was held in venerationby the faithful of the primitive community as "a most important and precious cloth". For this reason, it was kept and handed down from generation to generation through stages which are now better known to us through the positive research stimulated these past two years as a result of an aberrant carbon 14 dating. .......

THE RESURRECTION

Bold though this hypothesis may seem, we are not the only ones to propose it. The American physicist, Jackson, has studied the relationship between the intensity of the body image and the body to cloth distance, allowing a harmonious relief of the image to be reconstituted. He demonstrated that the very high definition of the body image could only result from a vertically emitted emanating from a body in the horizontal position. To explain this direction, Jackson imagines the cloth, after having wrapped the body, stretched out - as we have just shown - and "collapsing" through the body as though it had ceased to have any consistency..........

THE FORMATION OF THE IMAGE.

To explain the image left on the cloth by this body, the following two propositions have to be granted: firstly, that the body became mechanically "tranparent" to its physical surroundings, secondly, that a stimulus is generated recording the passage of the cloth through the body region onto the cloth as an image...........

"It might be that a simple piece of cloth, known as the Shroud of Turin, represents a valid case for rethinking certain concepts of modern science. To this end, I would encourage my colleagues in science to realize that the image on the Shroud of Turin is far from being defined by one radiocarbon test, but could be one of hystory`s greatest scientific puzzles"..........

THE RADIOCARBON TEST

and

DOCTOR TITE`S THREE SUBSTITUTIONS

By Georges de Nantes

Since 1978, the striking progress made in sindonology has led scientific research disciplines to conclude in the authenticity of the venerable Shroud of Turin. Its adversaries, however, did not disarm. Knowing and supporting one another, they met and decide tomake carbon 14 the ultimate destructive weapon of all our historical and scientific proofs. They were the first in this field of radiocarbon dating and more active in it than the sindonologists.............

THE BRITISH MUSEUM.

The initiative came, some months after the New London symposium, from the British Museum. One might have known! The trustees who since 1982 have appointed their "Keepeer of Scientific Services", the "honorable" Dr Tite, to deal with the Holy Shroud.

The British Museum, a kind of bastion of atheism, is not an innocent research laboratory simply concerned for scientific truth. Among other things, it has distinguished itself for a hundred years with its militant darwinism. It is the British Museum that set up at great expense the fraud of the "Piltdown Man",adding fake collection pieces to a paleontological deposit to create the "missing link" in the supposed monkey to man lineage. Arthur Smith-Woodward and Charles Dawson, the Mike Tite and Teddy Hall of the affair, drew on the resources of a stupefying macchiavelianism, cleverly mixing two religious in with the set-up, the young jesuit Teilhard de Chardin and the Franciscan Bergounioux, then silencing all objections from the most famous paleontologists of the period, the Englishmen Keith and Waterston and the Frenchman Marcellin Boule, convinced tranformist through he was. Simply by means of its prestige, "above all suspicion", the British Museum succeeded in upholding this enormous fraud, even shaking Boule and Winning over his successor at the Institute of Human Paleontology, Henry Vallois, Professor at the national history Museum and director of the Museum of Man, by means of a fraudulent fluoride dating!...........

DOCTOR TITE`S PROJECT.

Let us put ourselves into the mind of the president of this occult Association against fanaticism and the Shroud of Turin. He does not believe in this relic no more than he believes in any other relic. But very strong proofs established by world reputable scientific societies have tranformed his lack of conviction about this object into repulsion and refusal to admit or even to study the demonstrations and proofs of its authenticity; he want none of it! He firmly believes, that is to say, he attaches a complete affective value to the opposite opinion, so much so that if he were invincibly convinced of its authenticity by blinding proofs, he would still apply himself to establishing a contrary scientific proof in the name of his convictions with no foundation other than a passionate. cold and definitive refusal..............

SAINT LOUIS D`ANJOU`S COPE.

It is then that Dr Tite recieved a letter from Jacques Evin. Having learnt through Gonella that Tite was looking for a mediaeval control sample, our Frenchman offerred to help............

This is a well honed plot off to a good start in search of a false Holy Shroud from the 14th century, identical with it in every point, to be mistaken for it.

Evin wrote to Cluny, but they refused. "Ils ont eu la trouille" (they got scared) ,he told us one day. Scare of what? Warned by that correct presentiment? So they had to do it by a sort of burglary. Jacques Evin, together with Gabriel Vial, whom he dragged into this escapade to ensure that the textile of the cloth was as close as possible to that of the Holy Shroud, went to Saint-Maximin and, without warning the parish priest, pulled out a few tufts of Saint Louis d`Anjou`s cope, which is known to have been given to him on the occasion of his accession to the episcopate in 1296. This cope therefore dates from the end of the thirteenth century. Obviously it is not in three one twill, but one has what is possible and few tufts of 13th century linen, for want of the dreamed of double - but why? - will make Dr Tite a good control sample!..............

Yet, we were right. The absence of a "target" from Oxford laboratory`s work report (secret! secret!) signals, in a way that is unexpected, that this sample no 4 had been substituted for sample no 1. And the result is there is to certify its perfect success:..............

Conclusion

There is however one simple way of obliging these forgers to admit the truth: let them show us this reserve. Prepared to make the journey to Tuscon again, we address them this solemn request. With the help of Gabriel Vial, an expert in the science and of an honesty above suspicion, we shall be able to recognize the Holy Shroud or...Cleopatra`s rag. If it is the Egyptian cloth, they are confounded; if it is the Holy Shroud, let them measure its radiocarbon content. At Oxford, to be more sure of being spot on: 11 - 64 years after Jesus Christ!
