For some good references on gay & lesbian bisexual Law try the
following. 

The Third Pink Book, a global view of lesbian and gay liberation and
oppression, ed. Aart Hendriks, Rob Tielman and Evert van der Veen,
Prometheus Books, New York, 1993. According to the flyleaf  the Pink Books
are compiled under the auspices of ILGA, The International Lesbian and Gay
Association, founded in 1978 to promote and defend the interests of gays &
lesbians worldwide to strengthen their global solidarity.
